Redefining His Core Offer

The first part about signing more clients is making sure your offer is actually good. So we sat down with him to build out a core program that he could sell for multiple 4-figures. We helped Sean establish his unique value proposition so people trusted him and wanted to work with him. This worked so well that Sean was able to phase out sales calls out of his business and only take them if he wanted.

Improving Conversions

Sean had an audience of 2,000+ when he first started working with us, more than enough to build a 6-figure business. But he was missing some of the systems required to get there. We started by installing a setting system that pulled clients directly from Twitter, so that he could get more out of his existing audience. Once that was successful, we also implemented email marketing so that Sean had a direct channel that he owned with his audience, allowing him to consistently enroll 5-8 clients a month.

Systems and Scaling

Now that Sean has over 20 clients consistently, time was the next bottleneck. So Sean also hired a virtual assistant to help with systems, tasks, and even client success. We also expanded on his offer ecosystem via content and email, creating the signature low-ticket funnel to convert more leads into customers and therefore shorten the sales cycle as his business had more conversion events.
