Martijn is a YouTube strategist working with some of the biggest names in the gaming/entertainment space, starting his work with AliA (18 million subscribers). He wanted to diversify his client portfolio and hit his 2024 goal of surpassing $20K/mo.

Building A Core Offer

When Martijn first came to us, he was only working with 1-2 clients and wasn't super clear on his business offer. In the first call together, we sat down and completely rebuilt his core offer and raised his prices, positioning him as a valuable partner rather than another video freelancer. This not only enabled him to be more confident in his deals and on sales calls, but also allowed him to charge higher prices and work with larger YouTubers.

High-Converting Content Strategy

The greatest accomplishment of Martijn is that he's achieved $20K/mo (and is well on his way to $30K/mo) with just 400 followers. This sounds absurd to most people because the common misconception is that you need 1,000-10,000 followers in order to build a 6-figure internet business, but that's simply not the case. Instead of quantity, we focused on quality: optimizing his audience and content to only attract his ideal clients. This made signing clients easy because all of his dream clients already followed him or knew who he was.

Lead Generation Systems

An audience by itself does not guarantee revenue, especially such a small one. So we installed lead generation systems into Martijn's business which resulted in multiple sales calls a week. Even with such a small audience, because of the efficiency and effectiveness of the strategy, Martijn was easily able to get in contact with ideal clients, even busy YouTubers with millions of followers, simply because of the way his content and offer was set up. Because of this, Martijn was able to take his business from under the 5-figure mark to $20K/mo.
